  • 1 avocado, diced

  • 2 tomatoes, diced

  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup cooked and seasoned chicken breast, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon salad cream

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Start by washing all your vegetables thoroughly. Chop the cabbage, lettuce, apples, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions into bite-sized pieces. Dice the avocado and set it aside. Shred the carrots and slice the eggs. Finally, chop the cooked chicken into small chunks.
